Right of Withdrawal and Return Policy
You are entitled to withdraw from the contract within a period of thirty days without penalty and without giving any reason. The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day you, or a third party designated by you (excluding the carrier), acquires physical possession of the product(s).
How to Exercise Your Right of Withdrawal
To exercise your right of withdrawal, please inform us of your decision by providing an unequivocal statement (e.g., a written letter sent by post or e-mail). You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but you are not obligated to do so.
To meet the 14-day cancellation period, you must send us a message with your intention to cancel your order before the period expires. You can also return the products within 14 days of receipt without prior notice. However, please include a physical note with your return that clearly expresses your wish to cancel the order.
Refund Process
Once we receive your cancellation request, we will process your refund within 5 business days. Refunds to bank accounts will typically take 1 to 2 business days after processing. If you paid by credit card, the refund may take anywhere between 2 to 30 days, depending on the payment and billing cycle of your card provider.
Consequences of Withdrawal
If you decide to withdraw from the agreement, we will refund all costs incurred, including the cost of shipping (excluding any additional costs arising from choosing a shipping method different from the one we used). This refund will be made without unnecessary delay and no later than 14 days from the day we are informed of your decision to cancel.
In the event of a partial return, delivery costs will not be refunded. We will issue the reimbursement using the same payment method you used for the initial purchase, unless agreed otherwise. In any case, no charges will be incurred by you for this reimbursement.
We reserve the right to withhold reimbursement until we receive the returned product(s) or until you provide proof that you have sent the product(s) back to us, whichever comes first.
Return of Products
You shall return the product(s) to us without undue delay, and in any case, no later than 14 days after notifying us of your decision to withdraw. The deadline is considered met if you send the product(s) back to us before the 14-day period expires.
Unless otherwise agreed, you are responsible for the cost of returning the product(s) to us.

Condition of Returned Items
You are responsible for any diminished value of the product(s) resulting from handling or using the goods beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and functioning.
Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal
Please note that some products are excluded from the right of withdrawal:
- Sealed Products: Products such as bongs, pipes, vaporizers, and similar items that are unsealed after delivery cannot be returned due to health and hygiene protection reasons.
- Perishable Goods: Items such as magic truffles and grow kits, which can perish within the reflection period, cannot be returned.
